Within a span of three years, the investment firm has racked in awards after another, won accolades locally and internationally and earned the respect of its peers’ and trust of its clients with its sharp investment solutions.

In 2017, Cytonn Investments won the award for the Best Alternative Investment Provider, hosted by the International Finance Magazine.

In November the same year, the company was declared winner of the Alternative Investment and Private Equity award at the 9th annual Think Business Investment Awards, which seeks to recognize industry players who, like Cytonn, are able to “contribute greatly to the growth of the sector by embracing best practice in corporate governance, innovation, education and engaging in sustainable growth.”

Just a year before, Cytonn had been declared first runners up for the same prize, clearly demonstrating the firm’s capacity for consistency and positive growth.

In a statement, Cytonn Investments CEO, Edwin Dande reiterated the company’s commitment to giving the best returns to investors through high yielding and innovative financial and real estate investment opportunities in the East African region.

Mr. Dande added that the awards was a testament to Cytonn’s belief that structured finance is the way forward for real estate finance and investments by connecting capital with attractive opportunities, creating jobs, developing aspirational neighbourhoods and improving living standards in the region.

He also took time to credit Cytonn employees for their hard work and commitment to innovation and improving the customer experience.

Best Alternative Investments Provider is only given to companies that have a demonstrated ability to offer ground breaking, forward thinking and client focused solutions, according to the International Finance Magazine.

Transparency, leverage, assets under management, returns on assets, products offered and associated risk, are just some of the criteria used to select the winner, values and solutions Cytonn Investments clearly have no problem delivering.

Cytonn Investments was founded in 2014 and within its short life span has managed to prove itself in an industry that is competitive, fast paced and dynamic and outperformed its competitors by creating innovative and differentiated financial solutions that speak very directly to the needs of their clients.

In all these, the biggest winners are Cytonn clients who can rest easy knowing that their investments are in the right hands.

They can be assured of Cytonn’s consistently and track record to fulfill its promise in providing tailor made investment solutions that work for them.

All these wouldn’t be possible of course without Cytonn’s stakeholders who are instrumental in the company’s success.

Over the years they have steadily steered the company’s core business of offering the best alternative investment solutions and in doing so, received a rare opportunity to be a part of something great; to be number one.

Having earned local and international recognition, there really can be no doubt that Cytonn Investments is number one.
