There are those who seem to have the magic wand in life. A successful business coupled with a great family life is the ideal and when a couple are able to do it at the same time, we have a power couple.

Arguably the biggest power couple in Kenya. The two,popularly known as "The Murayas", are media personalities with Size 8 (Linet Munyali) being a musician and TV Show host while Dj Mo (Samuel Muraya) is a gospel deejay. They have a young daughter known as Ladasha Belle.

Wahu and Nameless

Wahu and Nameless are one of the most celebrated celebrity couples in Kenya. They got married in 2005 and have two girls namely together Tumiso and Nyakioare.

Amina and Dj Rabar

Amina Abdi and John Rabar popularly known as Dj Rabar are yet another powerful couple who perhaps prefer to keep their family life rather private. Such is their life that most people did not know that they were engaged until Amina announced that she would be expecting Dj Rabar's child.

That aside, the two are also renowned media personalities in their respective fields with Amina working as a TV/Radio Presenter whereas her husband doubles up as a DJ and co-owner of Homeboyz Radio.

Rev. Kathy Kiuna and Allan Kiuna

Reverend Kathy Kiuna and her husband Allan Kiuna are the founders of Jubilee Christian Church, a parish with several branches across the country. The gospel power couple is known to live a flamboyant lifestyle; a subject which has often put on them on the spotlight and at times divided church opinion.

Evans Kidero and Susan Mboya

Evans Kidero may no longer be the governor of Nairobi but he and his wife still assert their authority as a power couple in the political arena. Kidero served as CEO of Mumias Sugar for 8 years before resigning in 2012 to join elective politics. On the other hand, his wife is the current President of The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation (TCCAF).

Talk of media and politics being at play then you have The Shollei's. Sam Shollei and Gladys Shollei weren't a widely talked about couple until recently when they were seen in the public glare together. Gladys Shollei was once the country's Chief Registrar before being sacked and later being elected as Uasin Gishu women representative.

Sam Shollei on the other hand was the CEO of the Standard Group Limited, one of the country's leading media groups.
