State House Official Sends Urgent Message to Maraga After Order to Arrest Raila’s Sister
CJ Maraga given important warning
Itumbi expressed concerns to the CJ over the rampant anticipatory bails being sought by powerful individuals in the country.
He noted that the bails were being misused in order to protect the rich.

The State House official’s sentiments comes on a day when DCI Director Ndegwa Muhoro was ordered to arrest NASA principal Raila Odinga’s sister and former Kisumu Deputy Governor Ruth Odinga.

Last week, Ruth and Kisumu Senator Fred Outa moved to court seeking an anticipatory bail after they were accused of attacking IEBC staff during a training session in the County, but they were denied.
At the same time, billionaire and NASA financier Jimi Wanjigi was given an anticipatory bail when police raided his palatial house in Muthaiga area in Nairobi.

Wanjigi who was reportedly hiding in a strong room in his house sought the bail before he finally resurfaced.
The billionaire was accused of being in possession of illegal firearms and explosives.
