Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino on Tuesday made outrageous demands on his Twitter handle as he was arraigned in court for allegedly abusing President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Mr. Owino was arrested on Monday for hurling insults towards the President and subsequently his mother, the Former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta.
He demanded an apology from Kiambu residents who held protests against him. According to the former Nairobi University leader, the locals accused him falsely.
Babu reiterated that he owes nobody an apology.

“I demand a written apology from all those who unlawfully demonstrated against me falsely.I owe nobody an apology. ,” the MP tweeted.
