Speaking to journalists, Mr. Mbadi mentioned that Kuria was mobilizing the outlawed sect Mungiki to disrupt what he termed as peaceful demonstrations against the electoral body.
The ODM chair purported that the controversial legislator was working with other Jubilee leaders in organizing members of the sect.
"We have reliable information that Moses Kuria met a group of people on Monday night in a bid to disrupt out protests and cause trouble. They have been transported for free to the CBD in matatus plying route 102,” he said.
"We wish to make it known to the public that the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Ndegwa Muhoro and Nairobi Police Commander Japheth Koome are aware of the meeting organized by Kuria but have not acted.
"They are solely focused on disrupting our demos," the MP mentioned.
Mbadi stated that he will be issuing a full statement later in the day.
This comes a day after Jubilee supporters went on a rampage protesting against Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, who they accused of abusing President Uhuru Kenyatta.
NASA leaders have vowed to hold protests against IEBC until some officials including the CEO Ezra Chiloba are dismissed from the Commission.
