Jubilee in panic after last minute discovery on Raila’s plan after thursday poll
The secret plan suggests that Raila intends to participate in the repeat election at the last minute.

According to Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, who is also the leader of Majority in the Senate, Odinga plan is to reduce the turnout in Jubilee strongholds by giving them the illusion that their candidate would have an easy win.
The Senate majority leader predicted that the uncertainty in the NASA strongholds would force the electoral commission to suspend election in some NASA strongholds.
Further, Murkomen stated that after the Jubilee strongholds had recorded a low turn-out, NASA would request the IEBC to hold repeat elections in the constituencies where the initial election was suspended.

The IEBC would be legally bound to hold the elections in the NASA strongholds which would then be rallied to come out in large numbers that would exceed the numbers recorded in favor of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The development came at the same time that Odinga has insisted that there would be no election on October 26, promising to give guidance to his supporters on Wednesday October 25.
Murkomen’s warning has been widely shared by Jubilee leaders and bloggers who have pleaded with their supporters to come out in large numbers.
