Raila reveals what happened to the money contributed to pay bill number
Raila Odinga finally speaks out on the money collected on pay bill.

On Tuesday through Wednesday, Nasa supporters who contributed towards the specified pay bill number urged the former Prime Minister to refund the cash.
In an interview on Wednesday morning, however, Mr Odinga revealed that the money which was collected has been wholly used adding that he is not "the bank to keep the money."

“We are not a bank which keeps money. We were using the money as it came in. We used the money for meetings and so we can’t say that we have plan to refund the cash. In fact some other Kenyans are still contributing,” Raila said.
He added: “We have not totally withdrawn from the race. We only want the IEBC to be cleaned up before we can now have confidence in the IEBC.”
Fresh polls
Speaking for the first time after the official withdrawal of his candidature, Mr Odinga has maintained that the coalition will not relent in the effort to kick out IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and 11 other IEBC officials out of Office before repeat polls. IEBC is still mulling on the next move after Raila quit the race.
In September, Odinga launched a fundraising initiative to finance his presidential campaign for the repeat election.

Odinga urged his supporters to send whichever amount of money they had to support his cause through MPESA Paybill number 991444.
In just a week after the launch of the funds drive, the coalition netted a record Sh20 million.
However, after the latest developments, Kenyans wondered what will now become of their contribution with many calling on the NASA leader to refund them their monies now that the repeat elections will not take place in on October 26 as scheduled.
Most of them urged Odinga to publicly come forward and state what the fate of their hard earned money was.
However, others ridiculed those who contributed saying that their money was already gone.
