On Friday, the Head of State had a pull-out in the country's major National Newspapers; Daily Nation and The Standard to promote his bid.

The pull-out had a photo of Mr Kenyatta, a calendar and instructions of how to vote for him.

In the section of how to vote, Kenyatta clearly outlined to Kenyans how to tick against his name and that of Deputy President William Ruto.
