The former Legislator presented a 10,000- page affidavit at the Machakos law court on Tuesday evening.
Details have now emerged that Siaya Senator James Orengo will be among the lead lawyers representing Ndeti in the case, who vied on a wiper ticket.
Orengo was among the lawyers, who successfully argued President Uhuru Kenyatta's win at the supreme court that was quashed.

Ndeti's lawyer, Daniel Maanzo, who was addressing the press outside the court, stated that they had enough evidence to prove Mutua did not win the gubernatorial race in accordance with the law.
"We have water-tight evidence to demonstrate Mutua did not win the election in a free, fair, and transparent manner, as demanded by law," he stated.
Mutua, who vied on a Maendeleo Chap Chap party ticket, was declared the winner after garnering 249,954 votes against Ndeti's 209,233.
According to Ndeti, she expects the court to nullify Mutua's win just like the Supreme court did to Kenyatta's win.
Meanwhile, the fresh election between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga has been set on October 17, although the latter is yet to agree with the new dates.
