Akothee in a post, revealed that his baby daddy who goes by the name Markus and the father of her first son Oyoo filled the case under matter of urgency and only wants to see his son at his convenience.
“Well I always breakdown anytime my son ask for his father's whereabouts, I don't know how to explain that his father has no time for him! Am happy he finally filled his case in court under matter of urgency! But my question is, what does Markus really want? Is it true he really wants to see his son? Or he wants us as a package?” read part of Akothee’s statement.
Madam boss further disclosed that her baby daddy threw her out when she was 9 months pregnant and has from time to time been taking away their son and bringing him back on grounds that he is a busy man and has no time to take care of their son.

“Is this not the same Markus who said last week he has no time for his son during the school breaks but only in summer time? Is this not the Markus who arrived in Kenya early December and told my friends not to tell me he is around! And only calling my employees to ask which man is in my house? What should I go to do in court!” read her post.
Akothee claims the mzungu baby daddy has been away from his son for the past 8 years and once even threatened to run away with their son if he was asked for upkeep by the singer.
Akothee’s catch however remains whether she should appear in court over the matter or not at all.
