Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has left Kenyans in stitches with his hilarious comment on Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) candidates of 2017.

The legislator took to his Social media account to state that he will be paying school fees for the top three pupils from his constituency when they join form 1.

I will pay full high school fees to the top three pupils in Embakasi East, the rest who equally performed well will be given bursaries to enable them further their education” reads part of Babu Owino's post

He went ahead to tickle those who did not perform well in the examinations, saying they did not fail but only differed with the examiners.

“For those who did not perform well should never be discouraged, know that you never failed but only differed with the examiner. You are encouraged to repeat Class 8 and should know that a winner is a loser who never quits.” reads part of Babu Owino's post

Babu’s post attracted lots of laughter from his many followers on social media, with many praising him for taking care of his people.
