In a message he sent to his mother celebrating her on International Women’s day, the self-made singer said that if God enables him to marry before end of this year he will do so adding that it is what his mother has been longing for.
His optimism has come hardly month after Zari Hassan dumped him. The boss lady cited unfaithfulness as the root cause of their break up.
Zari attached a black flower in her announcement on Instagram which symbolically means the beginning of new things, a journey into unexplored territory.

She however clarified that they have separated as partners but not as parents. They have two children together; Tiffah and Nillan.
In his touching message, Diamond appreciated his mom for giving birth and raising him. The singer stated that his mother is his pillar.
Diamond felt sorry for his mother for having undergone being pestered and hectored owing to his celebrity status.
His post read:
“Happy Women's day Mama na wanawake wote Ulimwenguni... Nashkuru sana kwa kunizaa na kunilea...Wewe ni Mboni na Nguzo ya Maisha yangu mama...Licha ya shida na Mateso uliyoyapata kwenye kunizaa na kunilea, lakini hata sasa ambapo ulitakiwa walau Upumzike nimekuwa nikikukosea kwa kukuingiza hata kwenye Matatizo Yasiyokuhusu...Wanakutukana, wanakukebehi na kukutupia kila neno lililo baya, yote kwa sababu yangu mimi, lakini sikuzote umekuwa mwenye kunisamehe, kunipenda na Kunithamini.....Nakupenda sana Mama, Na nisameh kwa yote nilokukosea... Inshaalah, Mwenyez Mungu anibariki Mwaka huu Mwanao nifanikishe Ndoa yangu na kukupa Furaha ya Milele ambayo siku zote umekuwa Ukiitaka.”
