DJ Mo reveals the strict rule they follow before posting daughter’s photos on Instagram

DJ Mo disclosed that they opened the Instagram account upon realizing that Ladasha had the potential to attract a lot of followers given her parents’ star power and fans’ interest in the little girl’s life.
They also hoped that through the page, she would get a role as a brand ambassador. Which she did as she is the brand ambassador for Soft Care diapers which have become very popular with Kenyans.
While most people who follow her on social media have good intentions, there are those creepy people who will stalk her or even go out of their way to put Ladasha in harm’s way.

And so to protect their child, the Murayas have a rule of not revealing too many details about their child such as location as someone can just show up at Ladasha’s school and pick her up.
“We didn’t put the school name online, of course we have to be keen in regards to how much information we share with the world about our daughter. We know that not everybody has good intentions but we can’t always live in fear. So many other babies have pages online and nothing has happened.” DJ Mo told Pulse Magazine.
DJ Mo is not the only celebrity who goes out of his way to ensure that his child is protected online. Janet Mbugua, for example, does not allow relatives or friends to post a photo of their son, they must either repost or share a photo she has personally posted on her own social media accounts. Also, Huru has to be in the picture with a loved one, he cannot be alone and he cannot be exposed.
