And contrary to most people's belief, Jalang'o and Cheptoek were not officially married.
However, their passionate love story was cut short.

A close friend to the Boyo revealed to Pulse Live that she allegedly dumped him after finding out that Jalang’o was cheating. Boyo left People Daily’s Spice Magazine and now the two are working together at Standard Group.
Now, according to Standard’s Friday pull out, Jalang’o has been spotted in several occasions getting cosy with the current Miss Daystar University, Melanie Mwangi who confirmed that Jalang’o is indeed her boyfriend.
It’s no secret that Jalas adores his baby girl with Boyo, Salika. However, he’s about to be a father of two as Melanie has a child of her own too, a three-year-old beautiful daughter named Samaiyan Nalani.
