Jalang'o speaks on dating Akothee

For a long time now, words on the streets had it that the comedian was dating flamboyant Kenyan singer Esther Akoth aka Akothee.
However, Jalong’o has decided to clear the air, after declaring that he was not dating Akothee but noted they were very good friends.
“I am not dating Akothee and I have never dated Akothee but we are very good friends who support each other so much” Said Jalang’o during his Breakfast show on Hot96.

Jalang’o was answering a question asked by Anto Neosoul who was launching his new song “Come Closer” that he featured Nahreel of Navy Kenzo.
Akothee has been sharing photos of Mzee Jalang’o with Love messages that made many believe that the two were an item.
At one time Akothee had this to say about Jalang’o “My baby is at work by 6.00 am , and he is popular rich and famous in his late 20s always chassing the next, he is working on his second pac, soon he will have six pac & be the hottest man in our town, sasa wewe utaniambia nini, aka mpesa pale ikikwama kama vile form 34A najua ataokoa jahazi , mpesa yake iko active 24/7 Just like I love money I love you for free my little Bro kama haungetoka homabay ningekuoa, lakini hautanilipia ndege? utasema ni drive it's 20 mins”
