Lillian Muli makes rare confession

The outspoken news anchor has made an unexpected confession.

In a number of posts, Lillian has stated that she cannot be backed into a corner by bullies and when you push she pushes back.

Some people often tell her to ignore the bullies but Lillian will not because she was bullied a lot as a small girl and will not stand up for it as an adult. She may look like she was one of those popular girls but she was unfortunately a victim of bullying.

“I come from a background of bullying even when I was a small girl in school. When somebody says something bad about me, it comes from a very personal place in me. It is always an instinct to react because I grew up fighting bullies and I am not gonna take that as an adult.” She told Word Is.

Lillian also disclosed that she will not ‘ignore the haters’ and will speak up as a way to stand up for all those being bullied.

“When I speak up, I always speak up for every other girl that is getting bullied or even a woman who is pushed in whatever way by a partner or a colleague at work who is male.” She disclosed.
