“Nataka nimpongeze Diamond popote kule alipo. Ingekuwa amri yangu tungechonga  sanamu ya diamond tuiweke mjini, maana ametutangaza mbali. Serekaili hatuwasaidie wasanni ila sisi ni wakwanza kuwatapeli. Ametanga nchi yetu mbali, tungewawekea mfuno mzuri hatungekuwa na matatizo haya. Kama serekali hatuwazaidie wasanii wetu, akina BASATA, wanatapeli tu wasanii wetu” said One MP.

This comes days after BASATA released a statement, announcing that they have banned two of Diamond’s songs.
