The ‘teren teren’ hit maker shared her inspiring story that touched many hearts. Vivian revealed she was once a hawker. She once sold cups, plates, thermos flasks just to make ends meet.

The talented singer, in an inspiring message said every time she flashbacks where she came from it gives her more reasons to believe that God reigns over our lives.

Owing to her experience down memory lane, Vivian has learnt never to boast.

Her touching message read;

Anytime I take a look at this picture it reminds me to be more humble. Why should I really boast. By then things were so tough on me. I hadnt started singing. I was a mali mali seller. I sold cups, plates, thermos to make ends meet. The piece of watermelon was my lunch that day. Surely never despise humble beginnings. I look at my life and all I can say is God reigns over our lives. Your current situation is not your future. There is always a brighter day ahead

Her ‘Chingichanga’ song was enthused following an abusive relationship where her ex-boyfriend could beat her up then chase her before bringing other lasses to their house. The toxic relationship came as a blessing in disguise for Vivian
