Saumu Mbuvi's body looks red-carpet ready after giving birth (Photos)

Saumu Mbuvi gave birth in late March and has not wasted any time returning to her per-baby shape.

Dare I say she looks even hotter than she did before her pregnancy; there is just a glow that can only be gotten after birth.

While some women feel the pressure to snap back into shape, her's seemed to happen naturally and she also seems to be at a very good place and often gushes about her new-born.” I know a girl, who stole my heart. She calls me her mother ....I love my daughter always n forever” one of her sweet posts reads.

While Saumu’s pregnancy snapback game is impressive and some might put some pressure on themselves to look as fabulous as her; pregnancy and postnatal fitness Dr Joanna Helcké advises non-celebrity women to take it easy on the snapback and manage their expectations as all bodies are different.

"Often new mums will pick up a magazine and see their favourite celebrity snap-back into shape just weeks after the birth of their baby but this is very unrealistic for the modern day mum, which can be damaging to their confidence. Instead, it’s key to manage expectations; don’t put too much pressure on yourself and go at your own pace.” She told Daily Mail.

Before adding “Keeping fit and healthy both during and after pregnancy will help you both physically and emotionally during this incredible time in your life but it’s important to realise that everyone is different: no one person is going to have the same birth or pregnancy so it’s key to listen to your body and let it lead the way."
