Karen Residents have launched a noise complaint suit against Mbogo for always causing disturbance with his chopper whenever he lands at his home.
Mbogo who is always flying home in a helicopter has become a nuisance to his neighbors who are askig NEMA to take action against the politicians.
According to a letter directed to NEMA by the Karen Residents Association,the matter had been reported to Karen Police station but the politicians refused to show up station.

“We reported that matter to Karenb police station on 23 November 2017 under OB 13/13/11/2017 , but the OCS said Mr. Steve Mbogo said that he will only go to the police station if they have enough space for his chopper to land. Our attempts to reach Mr. Mbogo has been futile has he is always out of his Karen home." reads part of the Letter
Mbogo was among aspirants who contested for the Starehe seat where Charles Njagua aka Jaguar won. Mbogo has been challenging Jaguar’s win at High Court with allegations that the process was not free and fair.
