Willy Paul may have a knack for drama but the drama and circus following the release of his Tiga Wana song featuring Size 8 may be more than was planned for.

As their fans continued their unrelenting vitriol, Willy Paul and Size 8 embarked on a media tour at various stations seeing to explain themselves, promote the song as well as give their take on the reaction their song has elicited.

One of their stops was Radio Jambo hosted by Gidi and former Harambee stars coach Jacob Mulee.

It however did not end well as the two artistes left the studio in quite a huff before getting questions from listeners. According to Gidi the two were to be there for about an hour as their producer had indicated.

However, they left after thirty minutes saying they had another show elsewhere. Gidi would later rebuke the two artistes asking them to be humble especially in light of their doing gospel music.

After another round of criticism, Willy Paul has now come out explaining what truly transpired and demanding an apology from Radio Jambo for the bad publicity he has attracted.

According Willy Paul they had already set up a show at KTN and when they were approached by Radio Jambo morning show producer he made it clear they have to leave by 7:30.

"I was invited for an interview and I told them I already had another interview and we agreed we come for 30 mins that's from 7am to 7.30am, we reached with size 8 and we were placed in the waiting room and keep in mind we were to rush for another interview"

They arrived early but they were kept waiting and their interview began late necessitating them to ask to leave mid-show. Willy Paul says he should not be blamed and now demands an apology from Radio Jambo.

"I'd like to bring to your attention that I did not walk out of radio jambo.. here is the evidence.. am tired of people using my name for their selfish interests and now I kindly ask radio jambo to apologise and tell Kenyans the truth.."

For all the criticism, it appears Willy Paul is on the right here and the producer seems to have set up both Gidi and the artistes by conveying different timelines.

Here is a screen shot from Willy Paul’s conversation with the Radio Jambo producer. What are your thoughts was Willy Paul set up or this is another stunt…?
