Father rapes all his children after wife dumps him

A father raped all of his young children after his wife dumped him, according to police in Nigeria.

Lagos police said that they have arrested 53-year-old Olusegun Adefemi after being accused of raping and sodomizing his 5 children.

Adefemi is facing charged of child defilement. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison. According to the police investigation, Adefemi lived with his wife for many years and they had 5 children.

Abused wife

Last, year his wife left the home because she was abused. Since then, Adefemi regularly raped and sodomized his children, 3 girls and 2 boys.

The children are between 3 and 11-years-old. Last week, Adefemi’s 7-year-old son went to the police station and filed a complaint against his father.

He told police that Adefemi regularly raped him and his siblings. Every time they resisted because of the pain, Adefemi would beat them until they submitted to his demands.

The children were all placed in foster care.

In another bizarre case, Villagers in Ramba Location, Homa Bay County are still in shock after a 23-year-old man lost his mind and began threatening to rape his mother and grandmother.

The young man, only identified as Otieno, resorted to the threats after a row between him and his mother spiraled out of control.

The two have been harvesting sand together, which they sell for subsistence. But on this day, the young man sold some of the sand, made Sh6,000 and never shared the cash with his mother, prompting a war of words.
