The legislator feared losing salary and so could not miss the event
Kitui West legislator and former Minority leader Francis Nyenze stunned the new members in the chambers when he was carted into the parliament for the crucial event.
P Live Kenya could not independently establish what the Wiper legislator is suffering from, but Oxygen tanks could suggest that he could be having breathing difficulties.
Ideally, failing to show up for the swearing in ceremony could mean that a legislator could miss salary in the subsequent.
