“Mr Towett visited the deceased at his farm in Ndashatait village in Mariashoni Ward in Elburgon, demanding for the payment of the debt leading to a confrontation that became fatal, “said Mr Rotich.

A witness revealed that after the exchange of words, Mr Towett went back to his home and came with a bow and arrow, which he used to kill Mr Chemosi.
“The deceased died instantly following the assault,”said the neighbour Ms Caroline Chebet.
The deceased body was found with an arrow still lodged in his head when police from Elburgon police station arrived at the scene of crime.
Autopsy
The suspect fled into Mariashoni forest and and is still at large.
Molo Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) Mr Daniel Kamanza said police have launched investigations into the incident as they hunt down the suspect.
The body of the deceased was taken to Elburgon sub-county mortuary awaiting an autopsy.
