Why Hessy Wa Dandora is mobilizing contributions for this couple

Hessy Wa Dandora is seeking your help.

Taking his message to Dandora Crime Free Facebook group, Hessy has pleaded with over 250,000 members to send cash, who have already started contributing, for Martin Kipsang’ who he said is hospitalised at KNH following attacks by thugs.

“He met these criminals some of you are busy protecting, and they beat him so ruthlessly after taking away some cash and phone from him. He's well known to me. I visited him in the hospital and he's in a life supporting machine,” he told over 250,000 members in a post.

The mysterious cop further revealed that Mr Kipsang’, an elderly man, was being operated on at the KNH theatres at the time of posting the commentary, a move which he said would see the medical bill swell beyond Sh100,000, prompting dozens to send cash to his [Kipsang’] wife, Rosemary Ataka.

“In reference to my today's post about the attack on one Mr Kipsang, we have  come up with an idea that we contribute to help the victim together with his family meet some basic needs.

“I will not post the victim's contact number here, let the little cash be sent directly to his wife who is at the hospital at KNH with her husband (the victim), she goes by the name Rosemary Ataka. Note that the hospital bill is over Sh100,000. God bless u all,” he posted.

Dozens of his followers applauded his move, saying that it was a noble idea from police officers, who have won accolades for all wrong reasons, including colluding with thugs and bribery.

“This is not our first time we are doing this. I think last year we did kwa yule jamaa alipigwa risasi pale Eastleigh na akaaga. Let us embrace this spirit,” a Yusuf Dan posted.
