2. Drink lots of Water

Staying hydrated always before and  during your pregnancy is very pertinent. When you start to feel contractions, drink plenty of water. The water will give you more energy to push, allow you to have more endurance .

3. Take Walks

Walk it out by getting moving! You should be walking during your pregnancy, but it is pertinent to walk during labor, too. Women who are upright throughout their labor tend to have shorter duration of labor and delivery.

4. Prenatal Care

Prenatal care which is also referred as antenatal care is a type of preventive healthcare, with the goal of providing regular check-ups that allow doctors or midwives to treat and prevent potential health problems throughout the course of the pregnancy while promoting healthy lifestyles that benefit both mother and child.

5. Eat healthier mealsReduce snacks and go green; vegetables and fruits. You won’t be able to eat much of anything at the hospital, so now is the time to get something in you in order to keep your blood sugar levels up.

If you want to snack, do it wisely. Snack on something like pasta or dry toast, good carbohydrates that will fuel your body for longer.
