1. Enrol in a resistant training
You have been doing exercises to lose weight and you have achieved it!
Now it is time to build muscles to ensure the lose skin becomes firm.
If the skin under your arms or belly is sagging, focus on these target areas during toning exercises to tighten it.
2. Monitor your weight loss
The passion to losing weight could push you to an overdrive but be careful not to lose weight drastically without toning.
To avoid being left with a sagging skin make sure you monitor yourself during the process.
3. Hydrate
Generally, water is perfect for your skin’s health.
Drinking a lot of water will improve your skin elasticity, making iit tighter, smoother, and more radiant.
4. Eat well
Eat foods rich in Vitamin C (fruits), Proteins (milk, meat, beans) and Omega-3 fatty acids as they are important nutrients for the production of collagen and other components of healthy skin.
5. Moisturise your skin
Use moisturisers rich in Vitamin E so as to keep your skin moist. This will allow new skin cells to grow.
Coconut oil is also a good moisturiser that you can use.
6. Surgery
If push comes to shove you could resort to a skin lifting surgery to make it tighter.
If you have lost so much weight, it can be difficult to tighten it through toning only.
