Here we were thinking that food is the one thing that will always make you feel happy but what a way to crush those dreams.

1.Processed meat

Hot dogs, sausages and other processed meats contain energy sucking, mood -altering nitrates, food colorings, preservatives and additives that can cause headaches, low moods and bloating.

2.Coffee
