Recent studies have shown that dark chocolate can improve memory and reduce stress.

This is due to the high concentration of cacao in dark chocolate.

Nutrients called flavonoids that have antioxidants.

They also have cancer-preventive properties as well as prevention of neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases.

The research, which was presented at the Experimental Biology Meeting 2018 in San Diego, California, showed that the high content of sugar in dark chocolate causes happiness.

Higher content of cacao had more positive impact on cognition, memory, mood and immunity.

For these benefits to be experienced, the chocolate has to have at least 70% of chocolate.

70% cacao enhances neuroplasticity and brain capacity.

The results suggest that consuming 70 percent cacao on a regular basis can boost your immune system, improve your memory, and reduce your stress levels.
