Health and fitness company, Forza Supplements monitored 1000 people asking them to track the times where they felt they got the best from their daily activities like eating, exercising and having sex.

From the collected data, most people who reported having sex at 7.30am said that their stress levels reduced for the rest of the day.
“While no two people are the same, these were found to be the very best times for the average person to do the key activities which make for a healthy and happy life,” the managing director Lee Smith explained to The Sun.
According to the fitness company, changing your daily routine for one that starts earlier could actually help you lose weight, get fitter and be more effective at work.
It could also make you a better lover. Furthermore, for most men, testosterone level is higher in the morning making them last longer in bed.
