If it's not time then it's not time.
You want to have that special someone in your life but when the opportunity to actually have them in your life comes, things don’t go as planned.
The problem may not be the fact that you don’t like the way that your date chewed their steak during your dinner date but the fact that you aren’t ready to enter a relationship.
Here are 5 possible signs that you aren’t ready for a relationship.
1.You are looking for someone to save you
Before getting into a new relationship, make sure that you are happy first otherwise you will be carrying your baggage into that relationship.
If you aren’t able to put a smile on your face by yourself then how will you put a smile on someone else’s?
2.You’re spending more time trying to find love than focusing on things you are interested in
If you find yourself constantly searching for a potential someone with everything you do then you’re probably not ready for a relationship.
Your focus should be on getting better as a person; everything else will fall into place.
3.You aren’t receptive to change
Being in a relationship requires compromise and if you find yourself not wanting to change something about yourself for the sake of a relationship then chances are that you aren’t ready to be in a relationship.
4.You’re learning new things about yourself
When new and exciting things are happening in your life, it may be hard to try and balance those new things and a relationship at that time.
You’re still figuring out which career path you want or handling a new promotion at work.
5.You’re trying to be someone that your crush may like you
If you find yourself altering who you are for someone else then you are definitely not ready to be in a relationship and more particularly with that person.
