The man popularly known through various names such as “Hessy wa Kayole”, “Hessy wa Huruma”, “Hessy wa Dandora”, “Hessy wa Eastlando”, came into the limelight after the killing of Clare Mwaniki aka Clea Adi Vybz nicknamed “Nairobi’s prettiest thug” nearly a fortnight ago.

Hessy had warned her that she should change her criminal ways or face a dire consequence.

Hayawi hayawi huwa. Clea Adi Vybz mnakumbuka nikimpea warning awache wizi na bwanake Mwanii???? (Clea Adi Vybz, do you remember me warning her to stop committing robberies with her husband Mwanii?),” Hessy wa Kayole posted.

Claire was later gunned down after attempting to shoot at police in the company of other gangsters following a tip off.

However, this is not the first time that Hessy has warned hardcore criminals in Nairobi.

It is the fearless manner in which he posts his warnings complete with pictures of the criminals and the crime in which they are involved in telling them to change their ways that has bewildered many and left a mysterious air of fear among criminal gangs.

The criminals who continue with their criminal ways are later found executed and Hessy posts the chilling and graphic images of the slain thugs that i s meant to act as a warning to the other gangsters.

While some are perturbed by the graphic images and posts, others full of praise for Hessy for getting "rid" of hardcore criminals in the city.

There is also speculation that Hessy is not actually an individual cop but a group of police officers operating in parts of Nairobi, who are changing the tactics of fighting crime.
