About 8 people escaped from the collapsing septic tank in time while 7 others fell into the septic tank along with the concrete slab covering the tank.
Eye witnesses confirmed that over 10 guests at the wedding were sitting on a concrete slab covering the septic tank, taking selfies and following proceedings at the wedding when it caved in.
Rescue teams rushed to the site and retrieved 7 victims of the accident and rushed them to hospital where 6 died, leaving 1 fighting for life.

The accident happened on Saturday at around 6:30 PM with rescue efforts running well past 10PM.
The bodies of the deceased were taken to Coast General Hospital, Jocham Hospital and Sayyidna Fatma Hospital.
The sole survivor is currently undergoing treatment at Sayyidna Fatma Hospital.
