Citizen TV reporter loses wife

May her soul rest in peace.

Qasim took to his social media to break the sad news of his wife’s sudden demise in a heartfelt message saying:

“You were a strong lady, despite everything you gave me a reason to wake up next to you every morning, you had your last breath while in my arms, have never been loved liked you loved me....Rest In Peace my Angel, God loved you more than me....till we meet again baby,” read his Facebook post.

His wife, Ivy Keziah was a trained journalist as well who worked at Urban radio and Radios Sahara before shifting her focus to online writing.

She also got her leg amputated in 2001 after she was diagnosed with stage four bone cancer. She was in class four at the time.

Friends of the couple also took the time to mourn with Qasim, sharing their stories and condolences on Qasim’s Facebook timeline.

The cause of her death is not known.
