High Court Judge collapses, dies in Nairobi
The Judge collapsed at a Sports Club in Nairobi and was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital.

Judge Onguto is reported to have collapsed at the Parklands Sports Club in Nairobi on Thursday evening.
While confirming the incident, Kenya Judges and Magistrates Association boss Kuto said the judge was shortly afterwards pronounced dead on arrival at the MP Shah Hospital.
The judge was appointed in July 2014 by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He was among 11 lawyers who had been nominated by the Judicial Service Commission.
Among the latest high profile cases he worked on was that involving State House Director of Digital Innovations and Diaspora CommunicationsDennis Itumbi.

Judge Onguto in his ruling awarded Itumbi Sh5 million after the State House official successfully sued over his arrest and illegal detention in 2012.
