Several students are feared dead after a fire broke out at the Moi Girls School in Nairobi.
10 students have already been rushed to Nairobi Women's Hospital and the Kenyatta Hospital following the dormitory inferno.
Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko and Education CS Fred Matiangi is currently at the scene and is holding a crisis meeting with parents and teachers at the school.
"The school will be closed for two weeks but we will also make special plans to have the Form Four students back in a week's time so that they can continue with their revision," Matiangi said.

The fire is said to have broke out at 2 am.
The school is located near the Toi Market in Kibra.
The cause of the fire still remains unclear and police are conducting a roll call at the school.
