Mike Mbuvi Sonko

The politician is currently the Governor of the city County of Nairobi. Sonko is known for being charitable and generous by the way he uses his money and lends it to be used in helping the poor groups of society.

Sonko has since played a very great role in politics being used by top politicians to gather and influence crowds to follow a certain way or support a particular idea. The politician owns several vehicles in town flooded with huge number of real estate business. Sonko is indeed lovable by many people.

Josphat Koli Nanok

He became the governor after winning the 2013 Kenyan gubernatorial elections. He also has served as Chairman of the Kenya's Council of Governors since May 2017.

He has since served as the Cabinet Assistant Minister of Agriculture & Livestock Development. He has been a member of Parliament for Turkana South. He also served as a Member for Turkana South on an Orange Democratic Movement Party.

Nanok has one of the most challenging tasks of ensuring that the staggering resource base in the county is converted to tangible everyday benefits for the residents of the county.

His deputy governor is Peter Ekai Lokoel and is affiliated to Orange Democratic Movement.

Dr. Alfred Mutua

The politician was the former government spokesman of the Kenyan republic under the leadership of president Kibaki. He went ahead to win the elections as the governor of Machakos county and has brought numerous changes to the town.

 

He has built the Machakos stadium; brought a lot of medical ambulances and many developments are still taking place in the town. The politician is aspiring to run for the presidential seat in the coming years.

Governor Ali Hassan Joho

Hate him or love him, the bad boy of Kenyan politics totally deserves the title 'governor 001'. The Mombasa governor has been in the news since this government came into power.

He has come to be known as the man who stood up and corrected the President, to his face. His altercations with President Kenyatta have only boosted his ratings. People now clamour to see him whenever he goes
