20 people have been confirmed dead by a team leading a rescue operation in Nakuru after Patel Solai Dam burst its banks on Wednesday night.
Rongai police boss Japheth Kioko on Thursday said 20 bodies had been recovered, with search and rescue operation ongoing.
Already Interior and National Government Coordination CS Dr Fred Matiang’i and police boss Joseph Boinnet are at the scene to oversee the rescue operations.
