Here is what Kuria is requesting from the Chief Justice

Gatundu Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has sent a polite request to Chief Justice David Maraga requesting to be served with a copy of the full judgment of the Petition that was filed by NASA coalition.

Kuria believes that the Supreme Court has selectively given a copy of the detailed judgment to NASA’s lawyer James Orengo.

Through his Facebook Account, Kuria expressed his respect to Chief Justice Maraga but went ahead to question the selective delivery of full judgment of the Supreme Court ruling.

“Dear Justice David Maraga. I have nothing but profound respect for you. However, some things are simply incomprehensible. How comes the Supreme Court selectively gave the detailed judgment to James Orengo yesterday? Can I have a copy too?” requested Moses Kuria.

Last week the legislator was among Jubilee affiliates who pleaded with Nyeri Town Mp Ngunjiri Wambugu to drop his petition that was seeking the removal of the Chief Justice.

The MP had submitted a petition to the Judicial Service Commission seeking the removal of the Chief Justice following the Supreme Court ruling which nullified President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory during the August 8 elections.

The Supreme Court is yet to make its full judgment Known to the Public.
