The High Court ruled that NGO Board's decision to suspend operations of Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation and freezing of its bank accounts was unfair and illegal.
Last year, the Government accused the foundation of engaging in money laundering and operating illegal accounts.
NGO Coordination Board Executive Director Fazul Mohamed had also indicated that a legal legal process of ascertaining the criminal culpability of the foundation's directors had stared.

Musyoka is the trustee and patron), while his wife Pauline, is a trustee and chairperson. The couple's eldest son, Kennedy serves as a secretary) while fourth person listed as Martha Mulwa is the treasurer.
The family foundation had sought the High Court's intervention in Mohamed's decision to freeze its bank accounts.
