This was after he was accused of betraying NASA

The opposition leader was "sworn in" in a tense event where National Super Alliance NASA supporters flooded Uhuru Park to witness Odinga take the oath of office for the "People's President".
Deputy Presidential candidate Kalonzo Musyoka was noticeably absent which sparked widespread speculation that he had abandoned NASA.
"A National Executive Council (NEC) meeting called out for Tuesday next week to review this week’s events may set the party on an assertive trajectory to either exact the most from the coalition or hunt for new partners," Party members told The Standard.
The 'swearing in' betrayal will be the top agenda during the meeting. The party will also explore the implications of Kalonzo skipping the event and the possibility of him getting votes from NASA strongholds in his 2022 bid.
Almost all Wiper leaders failed to attend the NASA oath event.
The ODM counterparts termed this a betrayal while Wiper members state that Tuesday’s miss was due to their party leader being betrayed by his colleague Raila Odinga, according to The Standard.
“We have a meeting on Tuesday. I am afraid you will have to wait for the leadership to issue a statement,” Vice Chairman and Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior said yesterday.
Ukambani youth leaders had also accused Kalonzo of cowardice and threatened to move their support to Machakos governor Alfred Mutua.
ODM MPs had also invoked harsh words criticising the Wiper leader.
However, Kalonzo Musyoka revealed on Thursday while talking to the press that the skip was preplanned by him and Raila.
