Mabior, who is also the Water Services Minister in South Sudan, was not home when the armed robbers made their way into his house.

Threatened

His wife and brother were not so lucky as they were threatened with a pistol before being tied with ropes as the robbers went on to steal Sh120,00 cash money as well as expensive gold watches and jewellery.

The Garang family has been living in Kenya since 2005 when the South Sudanese leader was killed in a helicopter crash.
