Moses Kuria is at it again

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has sensationally called for the castration of anyone found to have engaged in the corruption scandal at the National Youth Service (NYS).

The legislator stated that the NYS was a critical institution working to secure the future of young people.

Kuria stated that theft of funds from the NYS was tantamount to stealing a young toddler's food.

"Stealing from the NYS is like eating a baby's food. Those found guilty should be castrated to put an end to such a bad generation and save the country from such bad genes," Kuria declared during a rally in Gilgil.

Incidentally, the Gatundu South MP had landed in trouble after the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) accused him of hate speech after comments he had made regarding the first NYS scandal in 2015.

Kuria was alleged to have urged some of his constituents to slash opponents of the NYS programmes with machetes.
