Miguna Miguna bashes Uhuru for being drunk in public

It is completely disgraceful, unacceptable and amounts to disrespect for the people of Kenya.

Tume elewana wenzangu?” He said amid cheers in an NTV clip.

Statements that made Kenyans lambast him because they felt that what he said was disrespectful to the Supreme Court which had proved beyond reasonable doubt that it was an independent entity.

Speaking today about the Burma incident on NTV, Former Gubernatorial aspirant Miguna had this to say about the president’s slurred speech. “It is completely disgraceful, unacceptable and amounts to disrespect for the people of Kenya, the Constitution, the judiciary and the offices they hold for standing on a podium to insult and threaten the judiciary particularly the Chief Justice.”

In his view, the president committed a grave crime in the way he carried himself in public.

“You don’t appear in public drunk, visibly drunk, slurring, moving from side to side incoherently attacking the CJ and the entire court because you disagree with their decision.

It was lacking in dignity, lacking in thought and  he disqualified himself to be fit for the office of the president of Kenya including his deputy.”
