Here's a simple and tasty recipe for sautéed chicken wings without frying:

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
