Deputy President William Ruto

The Kenya Commercial Bank CEO dons a Montblanc watch which could go for as high as Sh900,000.
Oigara is listed among the highest paid CEOs in East Africa with a monthly salary of Sh6.3 million translating to Sh5.6million ($734,832) annually.
