He is famed for his breakfast show dubbed 'Maina In The Morning' on Classic 105 Fm which predominantly discusses matters relationship.

Maina is an epitome of large living as depicted by his affluent lifestyle even though he maintains a low profile.

He has rubbed shoulders with some of the big shots in the entertainment and sports industry including the likes of Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platunmz and Everton forward Wayne Rooney.

How he makes his money

It comes as no surprise that the 42-year old rakes in millions a month owing to the massive listenership he pulls in his morning show.

Reports have it that Maina earns close to Sh2 million($20,000) every month. Quite some paycheck seeing that only a handful of radio hosts in Kenya can pride themselves in earning that much.

His staunch love for football has seen him land a number of ambassadorial roles including one he previously had with Manchester United's Official Global Automotive partner Chevrolet.

How he spends his money

Maina's fleet of cars is nothing short of top-class. And he does not just roll in any other cars apart from German machines.

And it pays to be an ardent Manchester United fan as Maina came to find out in 2014 when Chevrolet gifted him a brand new car for being a loyal fan.

Besides cars, Maina has interests in real estate and has property in Kenya and overseas in big cities like Miami and Florida worth millions of shillings.

He also revealed in an interview with a local newspaper that he owns a modelling agency in Lagos with one of the P-Square brothers, among other enterprises.

The radio host boasts a stunning multi-million house situated in the serene leafy suburbs of Karen. The area is known to be the residence of Kenya’s crème de la crème.

Maina is also a travel buff and has a particular fondness for traversing different parts of the country.
