The restaurant put the country on the global map recently after bagging nine awards during the prestigious World Luxury Restaurant Awards, 2018.
It was awarded the top accolades based on its location, unique culinary offerings, quintessential ambiance that's second to none, breathe-taking facilities and warm friendly service.
The restaurant is frequented by dignitaries, luminaries, and leaders of the free world including the Queen of Norway, Barbara Bush, former President of South Africa Thabo Mbeki and former United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon.

The hotel is located in Nairobi's Runda suburbs. It is named after a British aristocrat executed in 1941.
Former President Daniel Arap Moi's family bought the restaurant in February 2013 from its three proprietors for just under Sh300 million
The restaurant overlooks a different facade of the enchanting green gardens complete with beautifully ornate waterfalls, streams and ponds.

It has the feel of an English country club what with the polished wood floors and panelled rooms, stained glass windows, and many period prints on the walls.
The luxurious ambiance is second to none
It has a number of dining rooms, which can accommodate groups as small as six or as large as 80
The Lord Erroll offers a fine dining experience with its colours and presentation, flavours and taste and its texture.

It plays host to corporate meetings and bespoke events, also popularly known as the home of High Tea in Kenya
