Kenyans were shocked that their new Environment Minister does not know how to water a plant
This happened during the recently held International Day of Forests
The CS, while celebrating the International Day of Forests at Karura Forest on Wednesday, was seen watering the seedling's leaves instead of its roots as is custom.
Kenyans online were taken aback and left wondering whether the recently appointed CS was the right person for the Ministry.

The ministry has embarked on an environmental conservation programme that targets to have one million trees planted in every county annually.
This follows the widespread destruction of trees in a number of forests in the country which was blamed on the Kenya Forest Service (KFS) officers.
