Kenyan actress flaunts her taut abs in a crop-top as she celebrates her 34th birthday surrounded by Hollywood glitterati (Photos)

In the movie, Eddie plays an indulged African prince from the Kingdom of Zamunda who rejects an arranged married because the girl submitted to all his whims. So he moves to Queens, New York for forty days to find a girl who will not be his puppet.

He is accompanied by his retainer Semmi played by Arsenio Hall to make sure things go as planned.

As she turned 34 this year, Lupita channelled the movie into her party which was apt since she is also from a royal (political) family in Africa and who moved to America to pursue opportunities her homeland didn't offer.

She threw the joint Coming to America-themed birthday party with Eclipsed and Black Panther co-star Danai Gurira who is Zimbabwean. They used the hashtag #WakandasmeetZamunda for their party which was some sort of tribute to the classic film and the Black Panther film that is set for release next year.

For non-Marvel Universe fans, Wakanda is a fictional nation appearing in the American comic books by Marvel Universe and is home to the Black Panther.

In attendance was Janelle Monae (Hidden Figures), Chadwick Boseman (T'Challa in Captain America: Civil War), Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out), and Winston Duke (Person of Interest).
